How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can also track your order through your account dashboard.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
How do I initiate a return?

Who pays for return shipping?

How long do refunds take?

While our products are microwave safe, we recommend hand washing to preserve their beauty and longevity.
